Prepare the agenda

  • Which new features and improvements to we want to highlight?
  • Which aspects of the roadmap do we want to present (and get feedback on)?
  • Which common challenge or workflow do we want to highlight? And what is our unique take on this?
  • What insights do we want to get from our audience, which questions do we want to ask during the session?


Followup

  • Write a blog post on the deep dive topic
  • Send out a recap message with the recording, doc, and blog post
