Vacation & sick leave policy
Everything you need to know about requesting time off or medical leave.
Vacation policy
E.g. when you take the vacation, email the vacation email account so that we can account for it. You'll see the hours recorded in the HR software.
Sick leave
E.g. email your manager when you need to take sick leave or family medical leave (cc: your coworkers who might need to know). Email the vacation calendar with the details.
Family medical leave
E.g. the government has a law that says you must give 12 weeks of unpaid time to workers for dealing with serious medical issues or a birth or adoption. We obviously follow that law.
