Your manager selects 2-3 teammates to write a peer review about you.
For each peer, your manager will create and share a dedicated doc and list the points they want feedback on (in addition to the standard questions).
Manager reviewOnce the peer reviews are written, the manager writes a review as well and creates the consolidation version in preparation for the discussion.
Performance review conversationThe manager schedules a one-hour call to go over the reviews, your overall performance, and the implications of this. During this call we'll also look ahead and start to set some goals for the coming months.
