First month checklist

Should be completed by the end of a new hire's first month. Two important goals: to ensure that the new hire and managers entirely aligned on expectations and get the new hire involved in as many aspects of the company as possible.

📆 Manager should book a time in the calendar with the new hire for a one-on-one after your first month

📈 Manager and new hire should fill out the  Performance growth evaluation  

⏪ Make sure everything went smoothly during the  First week at the office
